Monday, 31st October - NSPCC

My gorgeous nephew has been a good boy this year, so I've just made the suggested donation to the NSPCC who will communicate with Santa who in turn will be writing to him at Christmas!

The NSPCC receives 82 per cent of its funding from generous people like you, who care about the safety of children.

Across the UK the NSPCC provides services such as 24-hour helplines, therapeutic and young witness centres - each one making a big difference to children’s lives.

But until every vulnerable child has the support they need, we will continue to develop our services and this is why we still need your help .

Your donations make a difference

Answers a child's call for help on ChildLine.

Enables a trained practitioner to deliver one hour of support through the NSPCC Helpline, to protect some of the most vulnerable children in society such as babies or toddlers who cannot call for themselves.

Pays for a child who may have nowhere else to turn to receive confidential, one to one counselling through ChildLine, about an issue which is important to them.

Pays for an hour of direct one to one support for a vulnerable child and their family. This includes the time it takes to prepare and write up the session.
